Thank you for your interest in serving as a Volunteer Guest Co-Host for Our Kids Edition. All volunteers must complete a Volunteer Application and Waiver by doing so we can insure a safe environment for all involved.

Our Kids Edition insurance policy requires we must have an application on file for any persons involving the interaction and/or custody of minors. We will not provide last names or personal information for minors to the public.
​
Please be as thorough as possible and date each area that you sign. We look forward to serving the children of Our Kids Edition with you.

The Volunteer Guest Co-Host will serve the children and families of Our Kids Edition, featuring LaurenOlivia Talk Show and our community in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Values of Our Kids Edition featuring LaurenOlivia.

I understand I will give at least 24 hours' Notice if I am no longer able to commit and/or volunteer during the designated time slot, and/or notify staff immediately of my inability to be present on the show.

I will communicate with the Executive Director to ensure I understand my schedule, and will notify in advance 24 hours if I am unable to be in my assigned place.
